Automation Steps Now Stop Immediately When an Automation Is Paused

Automation Steps

An issue was resolved where records already queued in certain automation steps continued processing after an automation was paused, resulting in unintended ATS actions beyond the intended stop point.

What This Fix Means

When you pause a Bullhorn Automation, all queued work for the following steps is now cleared immediately: Update Record, Add Note, Enrich Record, Enrich From File, Add Task, and Anonymize Record. No further ATS actions are taken until the automation is resumed. For automations operating on large datasets, the previous gap between "paused" and "actually stopped" could affect thousands of records without any visible indication -- this change ensures the pause control works as documented and as expected.
